The Caribbean Union Family Health and Well-being Study
… is a new initiative of the Family Life, Health Ministries, and Women & Children Ministries departments of the Caribbean Union and by
extension, the Caribbean Union Conference. The Study is fully endorsed by the Caribbean Union Executive Committee.

This is primarily an online study that can be accessed from your smartphones, desktops, laptops, and tablets. A limited number of paper and pencil questionnaires would be available upon request.

Who are eligible to participate?
Any SDA member 18 years and older is eligible to participate in the study.
